Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free tier is forever free — no card required. You can browse, save products, and read verified reviews without ever upgrading.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual cycle, starting the day you subscribe. Your card is charged automatically at the start of each period and you get an emailed receipt every time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Business customers can request invoicing, wire transfer, or ACH.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — save roughly 17% when you pay yearly. Toggle Monthly / Yearly at the top of the pricing page to compare.
Where do I find my invoices and receipts?
Every invoice is emailed to you automatically and also available in your dashboard under Billing → Invoices & receipts, where you can download the PDF or view the hosted Stripe receipt.
Are prices shown with tax?
Prices are shown pre-tax in USD. Stripe automatically calculates and adds any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST at checkout based on your billing address.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Billing and pick a new plan, or open the Stripe billing portal to switch. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of your current cycle; downgrades take effect at the end of the cycle so you don't lose paid-for time.
How do I update my card or billing details?
Click Manage in Stripe from Dashboard → Billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal where you can update your payment method, billing address, tax ID, and email — changes apply to your next renewal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Dashboard → Billing → Manage in Stripe and click Cancel plan in the Stripe portal. Cancellation is instant, no phone call or email required, and you keep full access until the end of your current paid period.
What happens to my account after I cancel?
You keep every feature until your paid period ends, then your account automatically drops back to the Free tier. Your saved products, alerts, and history stay in place — nothing is deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy in the first two weeks, reply to your receipt or email billing@a2key.com and we'll refund the charge in full.
Is my payment information secure?
Card details are stored by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider — they never touch our servers. All traffic is encrypted end-to-end, and Business customers can request SOC 2 reports and a signed DPA.
