Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using a2key.com and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity under your account.

3. The Service

A2Key aggregates and compares third-party software, SaaS products, AI tools, digital licenses and deals. Prices, stock and availability are sourced from third-party merchants and may change without notice. Purchases are completed on the merchant's site under their terms.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on A2Key are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you click through and complete a purchase. This never changes the price you pay and does not influence editorial rankings, which are based on user reviews and verified data.

5. User content

You retain ownership of reviews, ratings and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant A2Key a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute your User Content as part of the Service. You represent that your User Content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Vendor and merchant terms

If you list a product, accept invitations as a vendor team member, or operate as a merchant via a feed integration, you additionally agree to: (a) provide accurate product, pricing and availability information, (b) honor all listed offers and coupons, and (c) comply with all applicable laws including consumer protection, tax and export control.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Reverse-engineering, scraping at scale, or interfering with the Service.
  • Posting fake reviews, manipulating ratings, or astroturfing.
  • Selling stolen, fraudulent or otherwise illegal digital goods.
  • Uploading malware, spam, or content that violates intellectual property rights.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including all logos, designs and code, is owned by A2Key or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Trademarks of third parties shown on the Service are used for identification and remain the property of their owners.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. A2Key does not guarantee the accuracy of merchant pricing or stock data.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A2Key SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the A2Key entity contracting with you is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
